Refund policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, boxes, and dust bags intact.

Returns received after the 14-day period, or items not meeting return conditions, may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping once verified.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approving the returned items.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges on returned items. Refunds will only be processed once such charges have been settled.
