  • We sell luxury fashion accessories including (but not limited to) sunglasses, handbags, shoes, and watches.

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur.

 

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability and payment confirmation.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards. Accepted payment methods may vary depending on your region and are subject to change at any time.

  • Prices are displayed in USD by default but may be shown in other currencies depending on region. Currency and accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time.

  • All prices include applicable taxes. For US deliveries, duties and taxes are included in the displayed price. For deliveries elsewhere, customers are responsible for any applicable duties and import fees.

  • Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Order Acceptance & Cancellation:

    • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

    • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including after payment, for reasons such as product unavailability or errors in pricing.

    • In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

     

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

 

  • We currently ship only to the United States using trusted courier partners including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other recognized providers.

  • Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated Delivery time is 5-8 days for Standard Shipping and 3-4 days for Express Shipping for United States of America. 

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, pandemics). We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

  • Shipping fees apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Thresholds and fees may change without notice.

  • All shipments are insured against loss in transit. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Insurance does not cover damage, transit delays, or circumstances outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect details or if it is unclaimed, the customer will bear all associated costs before a refund is processed.

 

 

 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 

 

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, boxes, and dust bags intact.

  • Returns received after the 14-day period, or items not meeting return conditions, may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping once verified.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approving the returned items.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs charges on returned items. Refunds will only be processed once such charges have been settled.

  • Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be available from time to time.

  • All promotions are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
